Overview
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. This role includes managing a team, coordinating activities across various departments, and implementing strategic initiatives to improve productivity and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support the operations team in daily tasks and activities
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for senior management
Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure smooth operations
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions
Provide training and development for team members to enhance skills and performance
Evaluate and manage supply chain processes to ensure timely delivery of products/services
Compensation
$60k - $65k yearly
Requirements
3+ years of experience in operations management or supervisory roles
Experience in 3PL, Supply Chain, and Logistics industries
Experience with WMS systems
