Overview
The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the inventory control processes within the organization. This role involves ensuring accurate stock levels, optimizing inventory management systems, and leading a team to maintain high standards of inventory accuracy. The Inventory Supervisor will collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient stock management, mitigate discrepancies, and support overall supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily inventory operations and staff performance
Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of inventory systems
Implement policies and procedures to optimize inventory flow
Analyze inventory levels and perform stock forecasting
Collaborate with purchasing and sales teams to ensure inventory aligns with demand
Provide training and support to team members on inventory procedures and systems
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and discrepancies
Compensation
$65k - $75k yearly
Requirements
3+ years of experience in inventory management or related field
Proven leadership experience in managing a team
