Overview
The Facilities IoT Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing Internet of Things (IoT) solutions within the facilities management domain. This role will involve the deployment of sensor technologies, integration of IoT systems with existing operations, and continual assessment of data-driven insights to enhance facility performance, efficiency, and sustainability. The ideal candidate will have a background in facilities management, IoT technologies, and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement IoT solutions for facility management

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Facilities Management, or related field
3+ years of experience in IoT implementation and management
Familiarity with building automation systems and smart technologies
Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
