Overview
We are looking for a full-time AI YouTube Video Automation Editing Lead to build and run fully automated, AI-powered video content pipelines for YouTube and other social media platforms. This role is for someone passionate about cutting-edge video editing, reclipping, and remixing at scale using AI focused on creating shorts, highlight reels, and repurposed content from long-form videos. You will design systems that handle everything: from video cutting and AI-enhanced editing to automated posting and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities
Edit high-quality video content in alignment with brand guidelines and audience expectations
Integrate AI-powered tools for auto-cutting, highlight detection, and auto-captioning - Pippio, Creatify, Synthesia, HeyGen
Generate AI-based voiceovers or avatar narrations for new derivative video content.
Automate creation of YouTube metadata (titles, descriptions, hashtags, thumbnails).
Design and implement workflows to automatically clip and re-edit long-form YouTube videos into shorts and highlight reels.
Requirements
Proven experience editing and growing YouTube channels, especially through shorts and highlight clips.
Strong expertise with AI video tools (Synthesia, HeyGen, Pippio, Creatify) and AI-powered editing techniques.
Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code automation tools (n8n, Airtable) and GitHub-based automation pipelines.
Technical skills in automating video workflows and YouTube API integrations.
Deep understanding of YouTube content trends, optimization, and audience engagement strategies.
Ability to design fully hands-off, scalable editing and publishing systems.
