We are seeking a highly skilled Onsite IT Support Specialist with strong expertise in SAP systems to support our warehouse and operational teams. This role is critical in ensuring seamless daily IT operations by troubleshooting system, hardware, and network-related issues, particularly within a fulfillment or distribution center environment. You will also serve as a technical liaison for SAP-related support, RF device management, printer issues, and hardware/software integration projects.
Provide first and second-level onsite IT support for all users, with a focus on SAP (WM, MM, SD modules) troubleshooting and workflow support.
Investigate and resolve SAP-related user issues including transaction errors, data inconsistencies, and system performance problems.
Support and maintain RF devices, barcode scanners, handhelds, label printers (Zebra, Honeywell, etc.), and related warehouse technology.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues on laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and networked equipment.
Manage configuration, deployment, and ongoing support of warehouse IT infrastructure, including new hardware integration and upgrades.
Maintain IT asset inventory, including SAP hardware peripherals and licenses.
Act as the local point of contact for escalated issues from the Help Desk.
Support local network connectivity issues, in coordination with the broader IT/Infrastructure team.
Coordinate with SAP functional and development teams for issue resolution, testing, and system changes.
Maintain detailed documentation of support activities, fixes, and processes.
$75k - $80k yearly
Associate or bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
2+ years of hands-on experience supporting SAP users (preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment).
Strong understanding of SAP WM/MM/SD modules and common warehouse transactions.
Experience supporting RF equipment, Zebra/Honeywell printers, and WMS technologies.
Proficient in troubleshooting basic network, hardware, and Windows OS issues.
Experience integrating and supporting hardware/software systems, including peripheral device setup.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
