Develop and maintain relationships with assigned clients to ensure satisfaction and retention
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly
Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions tailored to client needs
Monitor account performance metrics and prepare regular reports for clients
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to clients as needed
