Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their satisfaction while maximizing the value of our services. The Account Manager will act as the main point of contact, liaising between clients and our internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with assigned clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly

Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling services

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions tailored to client needs

Monitor account performance metrics and prepare regular reports for clients

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to clients as needed

Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights to clients

Compensation

$55k - $60k weekly

Requirements

2+ years of experience in account management or a similar role

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Strong understanding of customer service principles

Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Fulfillment

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
