Overview
The AI & Robotics Support Associate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance for AI and robotics systems within the organization. This role involves diagnosing issues, troubleshooting problems, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure optimal function and integration of advanced technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI principles and robotics, as well as excellent communication skills to interact with various departments and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for AI and robotics systems and applications
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to hardware and software
Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance system performance
Conduct training sessions for users on AI and robotics technologies
Prepare technical documentation and user manuals
Monitor system performance and assist with optimization strategies
Assist with the implementation of new AI algorithms and robotic solutions
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and robotics technologies
Compensation
$20.00 - $25.00 hourly
Requirements
Experience in technical support or a similar role
Knowledge of AI and robotics applications
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
