Overview
The 3PL Warehouse Operations Manager for the Evening Shift is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a third-party logistics warehouse. This role involves managing staff, ensuring efficient workflow, optimizing processes, and maintaining high-quality customer service standards. The manager will work closely with various departments to coordinate shipments, inventory management, and safety protocols, all while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all evening shift operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
Lead, coach, and develop warehouse staff, creating a positive team environment
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock management processes
Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively to minimize disruption
Communicate effectively with clients regarding service updates and operational changes
Compensation
$90k - $100k yearly
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
3+ years of experience in warehouse operations management
Experience in 3PL environments preferred
Ability to work evening shifts and weekends as needed
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
