Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented 3PL Warehouse Supervisor for our evening shift. This role entails overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient workflow, supervising staff, and maintaining a safe working environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills and a strong background in logistics and supply chain management.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations during the evening shift
Manage and lead warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety audits
Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment processes
Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to enhance productivity
Collaborate with other departments, such as transportation and procurement, to optimize logistics
Prepare and maintain reports related to warehouse operations, staff performance, and inventory management
Compensation
$65k hourly
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
Familiarity with warehouse management systems
Basic understanding of inventory management principles
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings
