We are seeking a highly motivated and engaged Operations Manager to oversee our distribution operations. Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage daily distribution operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Develop and implement strategic plans for communication and logistics management
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with other departments to align distribution processes with organizational goals
Lead and mentor a diverse team of distribution staff
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Prepare reports and presentations on operational performance for upper management
Compensation
$80k - $90k yearly
Requirements
5+ years of experience in distribution or logistics management
Proven experience in a hands-on management role
Strong understanding of the supply chain process
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
