Overview
The Transportation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing all transportation operations within the organization. This role includes coordinating logistics, monitoring fleet performance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and developing efficient transportation strategies to optimize service delivery. The supervisor will lead a team of transportation staff, manage schedules, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily transportation operations and staff
Develop and implement efficient transportation plans and strategies
Monitor fleet performance and ensure optimal vehicle maintenance
Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards
Manage budgets and control transportation costs effectively

Compensation
$26.00 hourly
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in transportation or logistics management
Proven experience in supervisory roles within the industry
Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
Valid driver's license
