We are seeking a talented AI UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
Document design decisions and rationales for team knowledge sharing
Balance aesthetic considerations with AI functionality requirements
Integrate AI-generated design elements into cohesive user experiences
Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and style guides
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX and AI technologies
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and testing results
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure effective implementation of designs
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for design improvements
Design user-friendly interfaces for AI-driven applications
Requirements
Understanding of basic AI concepts and their implications for UX
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design processes
Experience designing for AI-powered applications or features
Proficient in Figma and other industry-standard design tools
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products
