Oversee day-to-day terminal operations and ensure smooth workflow
Manage terminal staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely service delivery
Monitor and maintain terminal equipment and facilities in optimal condition
Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and regulatory requirements
Analyze operational data and create reports to drive performance improvements
Develop budgets and manage operational costs to achieve financial goals
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in terminal operations or logistics management
