We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized E-COM Supervisor to oversee our dropship and parcel operations in a high-volume environment. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, managing team performance, and maintaining exceptional service quality. Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of dropship and parcel fulfillment processes

Supervise and train staff, ensuring high performance and team morale

Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to optimize processes

Coordinate with various teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Develop and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency

Address and resolve any service issues or customer complaints promptly

Conduct regular audits and reporting to assess inventory and system accuracy

Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in e-commerce technology

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or logistics

Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role

Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
